Study on the relationship between the width of the work site and the length of the front of mining operations

Relevance. Maintenance of the size of the current part of the working area of deep carriages, which is necessary to obtain the planned volume of useful production, can be achieved by changing the width of working areas and the length of the active work front. As a result of the analysis of scientific publications, it was established that in the process of determining the width of the working platform, only the length of the active front along the ore and overburden at the time of assessment is taken into account for a given ore quarrying capacity. It does not take into account the influence of changing the width of the working platform on it.
Methods of research. The study of the change in the length of the active front of mining operations with the increase in the width of the working platform, using graphical methods of mining and geometric analysis of the open field, allows to determine the necessary parameters of the development system that provide the quarry in the quarry ready for excavation, as well as the size of the active part The working zone for different values of ore productivity.
The aim of the paper is to study the dependence of the length of the active front of mining operations on the width of the working platform for various ore productivity options at the concentration of mining operations in the quarry.
Results. It is substantiated that in the case of concentration of mining operations in certain sections of the quarry work area for a given productivity in determining the width of the working platform and the length of the active front of mining operations, it is necessary to take into standards for stocks ready for excavation, with a reduction in the length of the ledges involved in development, The maximum possible length of the active front of mining operations in these areas is due to an increase in the width of the working platform. The main factors influencing the change in the length of the active front of mining operations, which must be taken into account when determining the parameters of the development system, are established.
Conclusions. As a result of the research it was established that the determination of parameters of the development system that meet the standard reserves for a given quarry ore productivity should be carried out taking into account the size of the active part of the quarry work area.

Stability evaluation of JSC \"YuGOK\" eastern pit wall taking into account seismicmass blasting effect

Relevance. In the reconstruction of the transport system of the pit \”YuGOK\” in order to maintain its production capacity it was necessary to build a spiral deep trench for rail transport. This construction, especially in the eastern wall, is to be produced in limited working area and under unfavorable geological conditions (presence of planes of weakness with a slide in the pit and a close residential village). Therefore, the numerical estimation of seismic influence on the stability of mass blasting on rock benches to determine safe DBO parameters during their construction is an important scientific task.
Definition of the seismic influence caused by holding mass blasting on the stability of the benches and bench groups is currently a poorly understood issue. In the above mentioned methodological instructions only the fact that the negative impact of seismic mass blasting on the stability of open mines is mentioned, but analytical expressions for the numerical determination of the influence are not given.
Research methods. Provides theoretical aspects of the geomechanical process that take place in the open-pit mine slope. The calculation of the safety degree along the redesigned most dangerous sliding surface is performed by means of the algebraic summation of the forces. The refraction point of the sliding surface is determined by a gradual approximation using incremental calculations. The bench stability calculation in case of eastern pit wall bench groups of \”YuGOK\” is based on their designed position after the completion of the railway spiral V-shaped extended trench. The geotechnical schemes used to calculate the stability of the benches and bench groups. To determine the numerical value of the rock massif vibration acceleration in mass blasting, let us use the results of seismic monitoring.
Results. Based on analysis of previous works, the analytical expressions for determining the degree of stability of open pit mining considering seismic impact of mass blasting were obtained. The parameters of the drilling and blasting operations (DBO), the use of which provide the long-term sustainability for benches and bench groups in the pit were elaborated.

Model for optimizing mechanical and chemical leaching mode

Purpose. Development of a universal mathematical model by a combined technology with a combination of chemical enrichment and mechanical activation in a disintegrator.
Research methods. Analysis of the concept of metal recovery from substandard waste of mining and processing of metal-containing mineral raw materials, a generalization and mathematical comprehension of the experimental leaching of lead and zinc from the tailings of Sadonskoye enrichment was carried out in a laboratory disintegrator.
Scientific novelty. Experiment on chemical enrichment and mechanical activation in the disintegrator was carried out for the first time in the world practice. Also for the first time for the experiment, unconsolidated metal-bearing mineral raw materials were used as feedstock.
Practical significance. Possibility of radical utilization of wastes of extraction and processing of metal-containing mineral raw materials using the accumulated technogenic base and obtaining of the complex economic, ecological and social effect. The methodological basis of mechanization of calculations of parameters of mechanochemical technologies is substantiated.
Results. It gives a brief historical background on the use of the main components of technology and the acquisition of the right of citizenship by a new component – mechanical activation of matter by applying large mechanical energy. A technique for setting up an experiment to justify a new process for the processing of minerals has been developed. Regression equations of leaching options were obtained, which allowed to formulate a universal mathematical model that takes into account the features of metal leaching from mineral raw materials at various stages of the combined leaching process. Calculations of regression models in the Maple 9.5 environment were performed, obtaining the regression equations calculated on the basis of experimental data from the general model with the corresponding values of the variables. Averaged over some parameters, the dependencies characterizing the remaining non-averaged parameters of metal extraction are obtained. A mathematical model for determining profit from processing tailings of enrichment is given.

Modern electric vehicle and its prospects in Ukraine

The aim of work is a complex research of the permanent state of electro-mobile transport with pointing of problems which need to be quickly decided in order that electric cars became valuable replacement to the traditional machines from ДВС in Ukraine.
Research methods. Were in-process drawn on analytical researches and analysis of statistical dependences and indexes.
Scientific novelty. A scientific value is presented by the analytical evaluation of potential of electro-mobile market of Ukraine. and possibilities of his active infrastructural development due to abolition of duty and simplification of procedure of certification and creation of the government program on electrification of motor transport and dynamic height of amount of electric auto on roads.
Practical value. Reasonably, that prices on electric vehicles directly depend on governmental subsidies, and the level of state support co-stars in development of электротранспорта and directly influences on the policy of car manufacturers, which while are more advantageous to sell traditional cars from ДВС not taking into account that the sale of электромобилей will allow the state to realize the program on maintenance of ecology and ресурсозбереженню in Ukraine, if to pull out the special ecological requirements to the car manufacturers.
Results. It is reasonable, that to substantial stimulation of increase of demand on электромобиле in Ukraine it is necessary to attain for two factors. First is worsening of situation with outspent энергоресурсами (price advance on petrol in several times, threatening situation with prices on gas and other power mediums, near end of supplies of oil and gas in the whole world). Second – technological breach as a result of which электромобили will become cheaper and comfortable, with the simultaneous insetting of facilities in development of infrastructure – mainly in networking of the charge stations. The comparative analysis of application of электромобилей and traditional cars is executed in town external taking into account the infrastructural features of cities of Ukraine environments

Multicriteria optimization method of project tasks in designing mining machines

Objective. Existing methods of multiobjective optimization are difficult to use in tasks with multidirectional optimization with implicitly specified objective functions or arguments given in qualitative form. The objective of this article is development a multiobjective optimization method with an extended applicable area in practical engineering activities.
Methods. At the first stage the method assumes construction of objective functions values tables on the basis of arguments taking into account the general area of admissible arguments values and taking into account restrictions. Such table should contain columns of argument values and a column of function values. Further, the tables are sorted according to the objective functions values according to extremum type of each (in descending order at searching the maximum or in ascending order at searching minimum).
From the value tables within the search interval matching sets of arguments are defined. If matching sets of arguments are found in all the tables, the optimization process stops. If there isn’t matching sets of arguments in the current search interval, so its size increases by one and the search starts from the beginning.
Scientific novelty. The method of multiobjective multidirectional conditional optimization for implicitly defined unimodal and non-unimodal target functions is proposed, which does not take into account information about preferences and conducts the search of compromise solution in the central part of Paretto front, determining the only optimal solution which is best for all the criteria.
Practical significance. The possibility for solving project multidirectional multiobjective optimization problems without explicitly specified objective functions. In this case, design criteria can be determined on the basis of calculation methods and without specific function.
Results. The method of conditional multiobjective optimization for implicit target functions is presented and characterized by high universality. However, a significant drawback of the presented method is the high resource intensity. The direction of further research is the elimination of this drawback.

Development of graphite inclusions recognition system in the analysis of the cast iron microstructure

A research purpose is a development of the system of the automated microstructure analysis for the decision of concrete tasks. Creation is planned in the format of the separate modules under the concrete tasks of материаловедения which will allow young research workers, what deprived financing, to decide tasks, related to their professional aspiration.
Scientific novelty is a development of the modern domestic system of the automated microstructure analysis on the stage of analysis of the graphite including in cast-iron. The microstructure analysis and treatment of the obtained results, as well as the list of the used equipment, are expounded.
Actuality of problem, related to the necessity of transition from the standard methods of microstructure analysis to modern one is in-process formulated, which are more precisely and need minimum intervention from a man. Researches were conducted on the standards of cylindrical form. Material of КЧ35- 10. In the process of the digital processing of the got images the method of Вейвлет of analysis is used. For the analysis of the graphite including for determination of relation a Ferrit-pearlite is set threshold even gradations grey so that on the unpoisoned standard it is possible it was to educe a graphite. Graphite faction is used for distinction between a graphite and pearlite, because their likeness in tints grey does them practically undistinctive one from other On completion of analysis, the program calculates the percent of graphite faction which is kept in an interim report automatically.
Practical value consists in that the worked out program in combination with possibilities of modern digital technique for a microstructure analysis allows to determine the parameters of graphite exactly and repeatedly.
Programmatic package in accordance with the international standard of ISO 945-1:2008 is developed. Foreseen possibility of the automatic generuting of report, based on data of analysis.
Research results showed that the worked out system was universal and can co-operate with any optical equipment (compact digital metallography microscopes, analog microscopes with a digital eyepiece, professional digital metallography microscopes), but which, in turn satisfies requirements which are pulled out at a microstructure analysis.

Ways to increase the energy efficiency of compressed air production in mine compressor plants

The purpose of this article is an analysis of the modern state of production of compressed air and ways of increase of power efficiency of compressor options in the conditions of mines.
Research methods. The theoretical and empiric methods of research were in-process used. The analysis of the modern state of park of compressor options is conducted, the possible charts of cooling the compressed air are investigational between the degrees of compressor and the most effective system is chosen.
Scientific novelty. The chart of cooling of compressed air is improved between the degrees of compressor by means of pair \”pipe of Venturi -centrifugal separator to the drop catcher; further development purchased research in relation to the increase of power efficiency of production of compressed air.
Practical value. The worked out chart will allow to promote efficiency of work of turbo – compressor due to optimization of functioning of vehicles of the pin system of cooling of стисненого air. Application of this system of cooling will allow to decrease power dependence and promote efficiency of production on the enterprises of mountain metallurgical complex.
The obligatory condition of normal exploitation of mine turbo-compressors is an intercooling of the compressed air between degrees. This is arrive at the substantial diminishing of specific charges of electric power.
Cooling methods which are used presently not always provide the decline of temperature of air to the necessary level, at the same time a choice of more effective method of cooling is substantial reserve for perfection of functioning of mountain equipment.
An analysis showed that more effective was application self of the pin system of cooling of compressed air. The pin system of cooling of compressed air for work of mountain equipment allows considerably to promote efficiency of his functioning. At the same time, the analysis of this system of cooling specifies on the necessity of optimization of her parameters with the purpose of minimization of losses.
The most acceptable variant for application as vehicles of the pin system of cooling of mine turbo – compressors is the system which consists of mixer device of type pipe of Ventur and centrifugal separator to the drop catcher. Offered fundamental chart of cooling of стисненого air between the degrees of compressor by means of pair \”pipe of Venturi – centrifugal separator to the drop catcher\”, from which evidently, that this pair \”pipe of Venturi is a centrifugal separator to the drop catcher\” of of is the structural staple of both pin air of coolers of of and cooler of circulation water. Such pin vehicle combines high enough efficiency of тепломасообміну with relatively small hydraulic resistance.
Thus, improvement of the system for providing the compressed air is one of basic directions of energy-savings in mining industry.

Automatization of converter steel production on the base of wonderware software

The purpose of this work is the implementation of existing Wonderware software and research into the integration of software products into an automated control system for converter steel production, which will provide a wide range of automation solutions for various industries. This work creates conditions for improving technical and economic indicators through more efficient management of technological processes, therefore, the improvement and implementation of MES-systems is an actual task.
Methods of research. To solve this problem, the analysis of existing automation systems of production processes of domestic and foreign scientists is carried out. The tasks were solved using modern methods of managing technological and production processes in steelmaking, mathematical modeling. Using the passive experiment method, the capabilities and benefits of Wonderware are explored.
Scientific novelty. Based on the analysis of existing systems and solutions for the automation of production processes, the need for closer interaction of MES-systems with related information systems of the enterprise for improving the efficiency of production processes was identified. The proposed production management systems and the Wonderware technology platform help to achieve maximum performance and production efficiency.
Practical significance. Based on the results obtained in the work, it is possible to improve the control systems of the converter steel production process to upgrade the existing system by implementing automation solutions based on Wonderware software and to perform the following tasks: collecting, processing and exchanging basic information with other converter production systems. The results of the study can be used at enterprises involved in the development of management systems. Therefore, the development of new solutions for automation of steelmaking management is appropriate from the technical and operational point of view.
Results. To solve the problems of automation based on Wonderware software for converter production, its main properties, components, features of introduction in other industries are considered. The paper shows the possibility of introducing Wonderware technology for the converter steel production of PJSC \”ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih\” creates conditions for improving technical and economic indicators due to more efficient management of technological and production processes. In order to increase the productivity of steel production it is necessary to conduct additional studies and adapt this software for efficient production.

On the advisability of using pumped storage power plants in a complex of power supply systems for mining enterprises

The aim of the work is to analyse electricity consumption by iron ore enterprises, as well as a number of iron ore mines in the Krivoy Rog iron ore basin. The uneven levels of consumption of this type of energy during the day were confirmed.
Methods of research. It is advisable to estimate that taking into account the significant difference in the payment for energy consumed by enterprises during the night and daytime, it is necessary to optimize the energy consumption levels in the time of day.
Scientific novelty. At the same time, due to the almost exhausted possibility of \”leveling\” the graphs of electric energy consumption by organizational methods, the direction of this process implementation is substantiated by using autonomous sources of electric power production in the structure of the power supply systems of iron ore enterprises.
Practical significance. Given that one of the most significant in terms of consumption of electrical energy is the process of pumping water from underground mines – dewatering, it is proposed to use this complex to equalize the schedule of electric power consumption, for which, in particular, as an option, it is recommended to use pumped storage power stations.

Economic estimation of balance-industrial stock losses and dilution of mineral content index in iron ore mass

The purpose is a development of methods for determining the loss to the mining enterprise from the size of losses of balance-industrial supplies and delution on maintenance the high-quality indexes of minerals, which economic expedient from positions industries or national economy on the whole, on the basis of determination of a minimum of pertaining to national economy consequences from the losses of balance-industrial supplies.
Research methods. For implementation of researches an analysis and generalization of scientific and technical achievements is used in industry of economic evaluation from the operating losses of balance-industrial supplies, which consist of increase of charges on implementation of part of productive processes, loss from розубоження on maintenance the high-quality indexes of minerals, which determine the sum of unproductive charges on extractive processes and enriching, and also diminishing of content of high-quality indexes of useful to the component which is withdrawn from the bowels of the earth.
Scientific novelty. The decision of this task folds actuality of work. Its purpose is establishment of loss from the losses of balance-industrial supplies in a concrete mining enterprise, depending on that, what possibilities for changeability of production capacity on mining are on an enterprise at changeability of losses of balance-industrial supplies. In different cases a loss from the losses of balance-industrial supplies is determined after different methods which take into account the differences of economic and mining terms.
Practical meaningfulness. Worked out methods of determination of loss to the mining enterprise in any mining and geological conditions and in transition on more perspective systems allows to reduce the losses of balance-industrial supplies to the technically possible level.
Results. Methods of economic evaluation from the losses of balance-industrial supplies to the mining enterprise calculating on 1 т of balance-industrial supplies worked out for terms, when at the different variants of booty the identical annual decline of works and redemption of balance-industrial supplies is provided. At the different losses of balance-industrial supplies will be different production capacity of mine (career), and charges which depend on the production capacity of mine (career) and washery and the terms of working off a deposit will differ will put, ore body or area of array of hard minerals.

Aim. Designing optimal design solutions, taking into account specific operating conditions, is one of the main engineering tasks. For retaining walls used in work areas with horizontal and vertical soil movements, this task is particularly important.
Research methods. Numerous studies of the behavior of various soils (loess subsidence, hypnotic, hacked, karst, etc.) with soaking showed that their bearing capacity and compliance (gesture) are closely related to the degree of their moisture content. The results of the investigations carried out by the polarization-optical method are mainly of a qualitative nature due to a number of assumptions related to the scale of the modeling and idealizations of the base model. The theoretical basis for modeling by the method of equivalent materials is the doctrine of similarity, which is a scientific method for setting up an experiment, processing its results, and extending these results to natural phenomena. Three theorems of the similarity theory allow us to analyze the equations describing the full-scale and model process, derive the simulation conditions in the form of similarity criteria, and choose scale factors (similarity constants). As a base soil in the models, a loam of broken structure was used. a retaining wall of a special type is adopted as a model of a retaining wall, namely a monolithic retaining wall of an angular type that has vertical and horizontal elements on the surface of which, on the contact side, support parts and voids are arranged in the form of truncated pyramids of the same size and directed in a smaller base into the interior of the vertical and foundation elements.
Scientific novelty. Development of new constructive solutions for retaining walls capable of perceiving an additional impact from an unevenly deformable base.
Practical significance. The production of base and retaining wall models will allow studying the process of contact interaction of the retaining wall and the deformable base, as well as obtaining mathematical patterns of their joint work.
Results. Using the theory of similarity, models of the base and retaining walls, having the same stochastic and strength characteristics, corresponding to full-scale constructions are made.

Analysis of stress of metal structures of overhead traveling crane by finite element method

Aim. Analysis of the stressed state of metal bridge crane components by finite element method.
Methods. To study the stress state in a design, a mathematical solid-state model is developed. For the development of the model, the drawings of the crane under investigation and the actual loads are used. The model was investigated in SolidWorks by Dassault Systèmes. At this stage of the study, static loads were taken into account.
Results. A solid-state mathematical model of a crane was developed for study the influence of external factors on the stress state of the construction. The proposed research technique allows quickly and at low cost identify the most significant factors that can affect the level of safe operation of the crane. The results of the action of external static loads on the stressed state in structural elements, deflections of the structure and its natural frequencies are given.
Scientific novelty. As a result of the research, was further development the application of the finite element method to prevent critical states of crane structures that have exhausted the service life has been further developed.
Practical significance. The proposed methodology makes it possible to predict the reliability of the crane facilities of exhausted service life more accurately and with lower costs.

A new approach in the design of the temporary support for the flysch geomassif in the Beskid Tunnel costruction

Aim. The article provides information on the engineering and geological conditions of the construction site and the main engineering difficulties encountered by designers and builders in the implementation of the Beskid Tunnel facility. The shortcomings of the standardized method for determining the rock strength (according to GOST 21153.1-75) are considered, as applied to an anisotropic geomass.
Methods of research. Based on a comprehensive analysis of mining operations in specific engineering and geological conditions of excavation, the dependence of the rock strength on the compressive strength is shown. The article considers ways of solving this problem.
Scientific novelty. Based on the example of the Beskid Tunnel construction, the article suggests a new approach to calculating the temporary crepe based on the Q-system of the Norwegian tunnel construction method and new possibilities for rock modeling with the help of geotechnical software complexes based on the finite element method (Plaxis, Midas GTS, Phase2 and others).
Practical significance. A new algorithm for calculating the temporal support is proposed, which makes it possible to simulate the behavior of the near-boundary massif of generation together with the temporary support (their common deformation) under the flyschlite addition of the geomass and to determine the design parameters that meet the requirements of reliability and safety.

Formation of explosive destruction force fields under differentiated energy saturation of the rock massif

The article analyzes geomechanical conditions under which explosive destruction of crystalline rocks is carried out by means of interacting well charges. Also taken into account the peculiarities of the formation of four zones around the charge with different stress state of the rocks.
The main purpose of the study is to determine the most significant factors affecting the properties of rocks when force fields are formed in them.
The research methods include the analysis of geological data on the iron ore deposits of Kryvbas, project documentation, ore mining data of mining enterprises and open-cast mines, scientific publications and their subsequent analysis and synthesis and development of scientific provisions.
Results. The features of the formation and interaction of the power fields of borehole explosives blasting in one stage of deceleration are investigated. The main role in the process of destruction of the mountain massif under these conditions is played by zones I and II of the force fields of destruction. By choosing P (t) (the magnitude of the impulse charge pulse) in each of the interacting charges, it is possible to regulate the explosive loading process depending on the specific mining and geological conditions of blasting operations.
Conclusions. Given the temporal and geometric characteristics of zone III, it can be assumed that the stressed state of the rock massif will fully correspond to the physical parameters of the integral zone formed from previously exploding well borehole charges. The results obtained can be used to develop explosive technologies based on the destruction of a mountain mass, previously reduced to a stressed state from the explosion of explosive charges, for example, low power.
Practical significance. A significant reduction in the cost of iron ore products due to increased efficiency of drilling and blasting operations in the iron ore quarry is provided.

Mining design using information support

The purpose of the article is to develop the concept of involving in the production of substandard metal-containing mineral raw materials by using non-traditional methods of extraction and processing
Methods include the analysis of a mining enterprise as a system with a large number of elements, a set of optimization tasks, and the rationale for the advisability of multivariate automated design with a phased optimization of intermediate solutions.
The scientific novelty is to generalize, systematize and formulate the main innovations in the modern mining and processing of metallic ores.
The practical significance lies in the possibility of each enterprise to put into operation wastes that previously had no industrial value for a significant improvement in the use of subsoil resources.
Results. It is offered to compare technologies on a single criterion – profit taking into account damage from losses of a mineral in bowels and tails. It has been proved that the involvement of waste that previously had no industrial value improves the use of capital investments and production assets, and excluding the need to store tails on the earth\’s surface with the return of land to economic use provides a profit even at the expense of a radical improvement of the environment. Recommended areas for improving the development of metal deposits. An ecological and economic model of the efficiency of processing substandard raw materials is proposed based on the criterion of maximum profit taking into account the ecology of the region.
Conclusions. The global task of involving ore processing waste into operation improves the use of capital investment and production assets. The dynamic task of forecasting and optimizing the system of project support for mining operations can not be solved without information technology. Innovations in mining include the extraction of metals from the tailings of enrichment and the improvement of the quality of subsoil use with optimal control of the state of the earth\’s surface. Eliminating the need to store tails provides profit not only from the sale of processed products, but also through the improvement of the environment of the region.

Aim. Improvement of the method for determining the parameters of drilling and blasting operations at the expense of taking into account the coefficient of energy intensity of the breakage of rocks when the massif collapses into an inclined outcrop under the conditions of the stress-strain state of the rock massif.
Methods of research. The application of the analytical method of research allowed to take into account the influence of the angle of oblique exposure on the stress-strain state of the massif that is subject to collapse. By mathematical methods, regularities have been determined and dependences have been established that make it possible to adequately take into account the angle of the inclined outcrop during the adjustment of the parameters of drilling and blasting operations. Taking into account the practice of the Kryvbas mines, certain limitations of the range of determination of the energy intensity factor for rock breakage are proposed.
Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the work is to establish new patterns of the influence of the energy intensity factor of the rock mass cutting on the parameters of drilling and blasting operations. New dependencies of the influence of the stress-strain state of the massif on the parameters of the BVR in the collapse of an inclined outcrop (compensation space) with allowance for the angle of its inclination are determined. Limitations of the range of the obtained numerical values of this coefficient are established when the array is stripped to any type of outcrop.
Practical significance. The technique for correcting the parameters of drilling and blasting operations is improved depending on the change in the stressed-deformed state of the ore massif when it collapses into any type of outcrop (horizontal, vertical or inclined). The developed technique excludes the possibility of obtaining incorrect results in conditions of breakdown, when the outcrop condition can be critical from the point of view of their possible self-destruction. A specialized computer program has been created that allows you to quickly obtain the values of the basic parameters of drilling and blasting operations for specific conditions and to analyze the predicted values of the quality of grinding the array to be collapsed.
Results. A technique is proposed for determining the energy intensity factor of rock breakage when the massif collapses onto an inclined outcrop, which makes it possible to take into account the angle of its inclination. The limitations for calculating the numerical values of the above-mentioned coefficient are established.

Fuzzy optimization of iron ore enrichment control using regression analysis

The purpose is a ground of the use of methods of planning of experiment and regressive analysis and мультиагентного management for the design of processes of enriching of iron-stone. Complication, unstationarity and dynamic technological processes which take place on a washery, the presence of difficult connections and рециклів between mechanisms is stipulated application of foregoing methods of the automated management technological processes.
Research methods. The analysis of modern methods and facilities of design of processes of work of technological mechanisms is conducted. Separate attention is spared to the distributed systems of management and expediency of their use in a difficult technological process for the design of connections between mechanisms. With the purpose of design of work of separate mechanisms modern directions of the automated management, their advantages and defects, are analysed in relation to application to the solvable problem.
Scientific novelty. A decision the set problem folds actuality of work. Her purpose is a ground of choice of methods of мультиагентного management and regressive analysis by comparison to the classic up-diffused management and other modern methods of intellectual management.
Practical meaningfulness. Application of мультиагентного management is reasonable, for the design of informative connections between technological mechanisms. Modern facilities of intellectual management are analysed in relation to the design of separate mechanisms – mean of fuzzy logic, artificial intelligence, optimal and adaptive management, genetic algorithms, hybrid models and methods of planning of experiment.
Results. It was certain on the basis of the conducted analysis, that the classic methods of the up-diffused management it is not expedient to apply to the concentrating processes. Management enables to manage processes more flexibly and to attain the noninteraction of management every mechanism separately. For a design directly of every technological mechanism it is separately expedient to apply the methods of planning of experiment and regressive analysis.

Enrichment technology of slags and slimes of thermal power plants

The purpose of the work is to study the texture, structure, mineral composition of fuel combustion wastes of two types of liquid fuel (Kyiv TPP) and solid (Zelenodolskaya GRES). Experiments on mechanical separation in centrifugal, magnetic and electric fields were carried out, methods of hydrometallurgical extraction of vanadium and aluminum from vanadium and alumino-containing products of mechanical enrichment
Methods of research. In the conditions of Ukraine in the dumps of thermal power plants billions of tons of ash and slag wastes accumulated, which contain a number of valuable components. In addition, the dumps are replenished annually with 10 million tons of fresh ashes of ash.
Scientific novelty. Involvement of thermal power plants with the production of rare metals to process waste makes it possible to reduce the purchase of expensive raw materials for imports; to utilize wastes with obtaining valuable metals and improve the ecological situation in Ukraine. Fuel slags and ash are obtained from minerals left by burning coal and brown coal, peat, other shales and liquid fuels in power plant furnaces. They consist of three groups of substances: crystalline , vitreous, organic.
Practical significance. The authors present the results of studies on the texture, structure, mineral composition of fuel combustion wastes of two types of liquid fuel (Kyiv TPP) and solid (Zelenodolskaya GRES). Experiments on mechanical separation in centrifugal, magnetic and electric fields have been carried out, methods of hydrometallurgical extraction of vanadium and aluminum from vanadium and alumino-containing products of mechanical enrichment have been worked out. When involved in the enrichment of ash and slag complex technology is proposed to produce vanadium and aluminum.
Results. The concentration of elements obtained by mechanical methods of enrichment corresponds to the conditions for raw materials directed to hydrometallurgical remaking and amounts to 19% for Al2O3, 0.36% for V2O5.

The structure of a mobile robot for people with disabilities as part of the Smart Home system

The aim of the work is to review modern information technologies that can provide all possible benefits for everyday life and human work, for example, using intelligent robotic systems. It should be noted that robotic systems allow people with disabilities to perform actions that may be uncomfortable for themselves. For example, to help get or transfer the necessary thing, and in combination with the \”Smart House\” system, manage the engineering systems at home. It should be noted that in modern robotic intelligent systems, apart from the correct choice of hardware and software, it is quite common to develop methods, methods and technological solutions for autonomous navigation of robots. So, the main goal of the work is to develop the structure of the mobile robot as part of the \”Intellectual house\” system of methods of autonomous moving and routing in the premises of the household type.
Methods of research. The method of autonomous movement of work in a corridor-room type on a horizontal surface within a single storey is considered. The solution of the task is achieved through the implementation of three processes: the choice of the direction of preservation of the direction and the definition of the goal.
Scientific novelty. The research results are the structure of an information system that includes a robotic assistant that provides comfort in the home, can guarantee safety and monitor conditions, both internal and external to people with disabilities.
Practical significance. In this article, the authors proposed a block diagram of the mobile robot as part of the Smart Home system, whose goal is to improve living conditions for people with disabilities, based on the use of voice commands, and the possibility of autonomous operation of the robot.
Results. The proposed robotic system, in addition to performing the functions of an assistant, is advisable to use as a fire safety and alarm system, for example, on the basis of continuous monitoring of the surrounding space for abnormal situations.

Comparative studies of static mixers for drilling mud preparation

The purpose of this study is to study and comparative analysis of the operation of three designs of a static mixer of non-Newtonian fluid with mud parameters: density – 1250 kg / m³, dynamic viscosity – 0.02 Pa·s.
Methods of research. To study the operation of a static mixer of non-Newtonian fluid, the Flow Simulation module of the SolidWorks software environment was used.
Scientific novelty. The obtained parametric fields of the slurry in the working zone of the pipe, which covers the actual mixer and the length of the pipe with it up to 20 pipe diameters: the slurry velocity field v (m / s); Vorticity field n (s^-1); the turbulence intensity field I (%), the turbulence scale field along the mixing path length l_m (m).
Practical significance. According to the data obtained, it is established that the best technological characteristics of drilling mud mixing according to the velocity and vorticity of the pulp streams are provided by spiral mixers No. 2 and No. 3, which are recommended for introduction into the drilling mud preparation system at the mixing site with the reagent.
Results. Comparative studies of the operation of three designs of a static mixer in a circulating system of drilling mud of drilling rigs are performed. Computer simulation was performed and parametric fields of the slurry were obtained in the working zone of the pipe, namely at the site of installation of the static mixer and in the pipeline zone behind it. The graphs of the change in the investigated parameters relative to the axis of the pipe are constructed, in particular: the graphs of the change in the flow velocity of the drilling fluid along the length of the pipeline (curves v (L)), the graphs of the variation of the vorticity n (s^-1) with respect to the pipe axis L (m), (curves n L)), the graphs of the change in turbulence intensity I (%) relative to the pipe axis L (m), (curves I (L)), the turbulence scale l_m(m) versus the pipe axis L (m), (l_m (L) ). A comparative analysis of models and curves is performed. The rational design of the spiral static mixer is justified for obtaining optimal technological characteristics of drilling mud mixing.

Analysis of the mine shaft construction rate using the JAVA application

The purpose of this work is to develop software and research on the problem of drilling deep mine shafts under the influence of changing parameters of drilling equipment and mining and geological conditions, in particular, changes in the pace of construction. It is also necessary to perform an analysis of the results obtained in the course of the study, establish the patterns of changes in the relevant parameters, and develop recommendations for the rational conduct of tunnel works.
Methods of research. The paper uses a comprehensive approach, including generalization and analysis of literature sources and studies in the field of mine construction, theoretical studies based on methods of mathematical modeling.
Scientific novelty. It is established that the rate of penetration of the output logarithmically depends on the productivity of the drilling equipment.
Practical significance. This category consists in finding the optimal design solutions for the construction of a complex of workings of horizons at great depths for operating mines in the Krivoy Rog basin, which allow timely entry of the horizons into operation.
Results. Reconstruction of production capacities of mines in conditions of significant depth of development should be accompanied by consistent efforts in the direction of research aimed at improving all technological processes that require appropriate automation to ensure the speed of the results. Analysis of the schemes of opening of deep iron ore deposits shows that the most rational for the conditions of the Krivoy Rog basin is a step-opening with the use of blind vertical trunks. Optimal are, first of all, the opening schemes, which make it possible to realize the possibility of doing work with the help of several work application points. It is pointed out that such schemes are suitable for use in conditions of mines with a large length of the ore body along the strike. Based on the developed software, it is established that the rate of penetration of the production logarithmically depends on the productivity of the drilling equipment. It was also noted that, starting from a certain point, the increase in productivity of drilling tools practically does not lead to an increase in the rate of penetration of the trunk and further intensification of efforts in this direction is inexpedient.

Simulation of the strength of cement made from light tamping material

The aim of this work is creating a mathematical statistical model of cement stone using lightweight cementing slurry on based portland cement ПЦТІ-100 impure expanded perlite sand and using this model for predicting the strength of cement stone depending compositions and curing conditions of cementing slurry. First of all, allot a task for determining influencing by the strength of stone expanded perlite sand.
Methodology. The statistic model using the central composite design was done. Computer mathematical modeling using program STATGRAPHICS Plus for Windows for manipulation of data was done.
Originality. The extreme point for the hypersurface G (X₁, X3) has been defined. It will helps optimizing per the factors X1, X3 the composition of cement slurry.
Practical value. The work result shows strength specifications cement stone by the used the lightweight cementing slurry formed be portland cement ПЦТІ-100 and expanded perlite sand.
Results. The mathematical statistical model of cement stone using lightweight cementing slurry on based of portland cement ПЦТІ-100 and expanded perlite sand depending compositions and curing conditions of cementing slurry has been created. The result of the analysis of mathematical modeling is an absence negative effect lightweight additive to the extent by 11% to dry weight basis for the strength stone. From the response surfaces and contour curves defined the nature and degree of influence of each member of the target polynomial function – strength cement G (X₁, X₂, X₃). The most significant factor is X₂ – vodosumisheve relationship. Next most important members of the polynomial model-placed in the following order: X₃, X₃², and at a confidence level of 90% of this number is: X₂, X₃, X₃², X₁².
Maximum strength plugging stone G = 5,98 MPa takes place at the point of optimum coordinates: X₁ = -0.00589592; X₂ = -1.68178; X₃ = 1.55811.

Actual problems of introduction of information and communication technologies in higher education

The aim is to theoretically to substantiate and develop the main components of the computer-oriented methodological system of teaching computer science, the introduction of which into the educational process will contribute to the formation and development of professional and informational competencies of students in mining specialization of higher education.
Methods. The method of problem training is realized through the fulfillment of individual research tasks by students, that involve research of fundamental issues of computer science, modern and promising information technologies.
Scientific novelty. Development of methodical support of the course of informatics for students of mining specialization of university training.
Practical significance. Improvement of the model of formation of information competence of future miners.
Results. In modern conditions of society development, there is a need for specialists who are ready for effective work in various spheres of modern production. Therefore, qualitative training of specialists in higher educational institutions (HIGHER SCHOOL) is possible through the introduction of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process. The use of ICT should become the norm not only in the process of training specialists with ICT, but also during the training of other specialists in the technical, economic and humanitarian fields.

Safety mobile tower for mounting works in mining

The purpose is a development of new untraditional structurally-technological decisions in area of realization and fastening of the mountain making in iron-ore and other industries of mining industry. During realization in the array of breeds of the mountain making and in the process of her exploitation it is necessary to save necessary sizes and form of transversal cut of making, editing of pipes of serve of water and crisp air to the coalface, editing of cables of feed on height of here to provide safe terms for work of people and transport.
Research methods. Complex approach includes analysis and generalization of scientific and technical information, in relation to fastening of making of large cut, editing of pipelines of стисненого air and water, electric cables and providing of safety of working miners.
Scientific novelty. Improvement of construction of preventive movable tower and increase of safety of working due to the use protective daises, which consist of frames of united longitudinal and transversal preventive bridges on which the envisaged folias from an exhaust conveyer ribbon.
Practical meaningfulness. A preventive movable tower is used in making, chambers, underground apartments. A tower moves by means of any leading mechanism, and she understands if necessary, transported by a platform in other chamber or on other over a mine, and then folded for the next use. The necessity of arrangement of difficult equipment disappears, and possibility of movement of tower is given on skis in the process of realization of making, in addition выработок of large height and volume allows to use for fastening.
Results. Using of the offered tower for fastening and equipment of chambers of high-cube provides defence of working from injuring of mountain breed falling pieces, and also allows to conduct editing and dismantling of equipment on height of. Tower simple after a construction, can be made at a few sections of mines, quickly understands and folded in the conditions of underground chambers.

Hybrid vehicle power flow control

The aim of this work is to study the possibilities of using electric machine with two rotors as a means of flow control power hybrid vehicles, analysis of ways to improve its energy efficiency. To achieve this goal in the work the analysis of existing structures of hybrid vehicles, advantages and disadvantages of using a planetary gear as a means of power split, made the study of the structural features and operation modes four-port asynchronous machines with two rotors, the development of a mathematical model and structure of the control system for such a machine.
Research methods. We used the methods of automatic control theory, methods of optimal control theory and methods of investigation of nonlinear automatic control systems, variational and matrix calculus, numerical methods and discrete-field modeling.
Scientific novelty. Developed a discrete-field model of the induction motor with two rotors and a control system structure that allows for all the main processes of separation of power, which are observed when operating hybrid vehicles.
Practical significance. The practical value of the received results consists in development of control algorithms torotoro machine that allows you to perform flexible control of the power flow of hybrid vehicles with the required performance.
Results. Analyzed the existing structures of hybrid vehicles. By studying the characteristics of series-parallel topology, proved a significant role of the planetary transmission, as a means of separation of power, which appears in various structural parts of the system – the internal combustion engine, a generator, an electric traction motor. By examining the structural features and operation modes of electric machines with two rotors it is proved that their usage has a large number of advantages against the similar use of the planetary gear as the split-brain in this case is not at the level of mechanical energy and electromagnetic.

Harmonization of the operation control system and technical condition diagnostics system of the conveyor

Based on the analysis of theoretical and experimental work and operating experience shows that the modes of operation of the conveyor and the characteristics of the goods have great influence on the technical condition of its main parts: belts, rollers, drums. However, the use of variable speed drive to increase the coefficient of readiness and the coefficient of technical use STRC-new pipeline is still not implemented. In the well-known studies have also addressed the issue of rational, usgo of the control system operating modes and system diagnostics and forecasting technical condition of the pipeline. Therefore, the development of management principles for pipeline technical condition of its elements is feasible from a technical and ex-platino points of view.
The technical condition of the pipeline installation, it is determined if the known values of the structural parameters that uniquely correspond to specific parts or components. The relationship between the individual items or units of equipment and of the structural parameters is a model of technical condition.
Model technical condition of conveyor systems consists of models of the major Electromechanical components. In the General case model of the technical state can be presented in tabular form, in the form of an n-dimensional vector of the technical state or in the form of a block diagram.
The aim of this work is to establish relationships and patterns of change diagnostic parameters on the operation modes of belt conveyor for the formation of the principles of pipeline management for its technical condition, which will increase the coefficient of readiness and the coefficient of technical use of the installation.

Control system for valve jet engines

The aim of this work is to develop theoretical aspects of creating bezdickova identification system angular frequency of rotation and position of valve rotor of a jet engine traction Electromechanical system by way of the use of derivatives of the currents flowing in the windings.
Research methods. We used the methods of automatic control theory, methods of optimal control theory and methods of investigation of nonlinear automatic control systems, variational and matrix calculus, numerical methods and discrete-field modeling.
Scientific novelty. Bezdickova estimation of angular velocity and position of the rotor of the WFD based on the measurement of the inductance of the windings when excited by their short-time voltage pulses despite the fact that the inductance referred to the Ute as a function of current and angle of rotation of the rotor, and the known values of its maximum and minimum values gives the possibility to estimate the mechanical state variables of the actuator without position sensor on the motor shaft, which is significant in the context of improving the reliability of traction Electromechanical systems. In turn, the existing methods re-bachuth the need for early identification of electrical parameters of the motor winding and the magnetization curve of the machine steel depending on current and angle of rotation of the rotor, which introduces significant complexity in the configuration of the system.
Practical significance. The practical value of the received results consists in development of control algorithms Vingt-back jet engine without installation of the position sensor rotor on the motor shaft, which significantly simplifies the structure of the Electromechanical system.

Operation of pneumatic vibration drives

Aim. The paper highlights the importance of the problem of intensifying the processes of the release of bulk materials from various containers in conditions of mining and ore dressing enterprises.
Methods of research. The use of vibrational means to combat the phenomena of hanging and arcing of materials in blocks, ore-raising uprising, bunkers can significantly reduce their number due to the influence of oscillations of certain regimes on the material particles, reducing the coefficients of friction between them and thereby increasing their fluidity. The relevance of the research topic was assessed. Based on the review of scientific and technical information, existing versions of the designs of such drives and their requirements are considered.
Scientific novelty. The analysis of various types of vibrating drives testifies to certain advantages of pneumatic exciters. The conclusion is made about the advisability of using such drives in conditions of high humidity and using explosives to eliminate hangs. However, most designs are characterized by a shock mode of operation, which is accompanied by significant dynamic loads on the actuating elements of the drives.
Practical significance. Estimation of the level of these loads shows that they are an order of magnitude higher than those that act in drives of similar structures with unstressed operation. A conclusion is drawn about the danger of such loads in terms of strength and, in connection with this, an insufficient level of reliability of impact elements. The purpose of the research is to reduce the negative effects of shock loads through the use of unstressed operation of wires, the expediency of which has been proved by the method of comparative analysis. His scientific novelty lies in the idea of achieving this by creating such conditions of air distribution in the working cavities of drives that would ensure the extinction of the dynamics of the moving piston at the end of the forward and reverse strokes and the impossibility of its collisions with body parts.
Results. Implementation of such a solution will allow to obtain in practice an unstressed operating mode and significantly increase the level of reliability and durability of pneumatic vibration drives of mining equipment.

Analysis of methods of cooling and heat utilization of mine compressor plants

The aim of this work is to analyze the methods of cooling and recycling and reuse of heat produced in mine compressor plants during air compression.
Methods of research. Theoretical and empirical research methods are used in the work: Methods and cooling circuits are considered such as: preliminary cooling of cooling air when it is sucked; internal, cools the air inside the compressor casing, in turn is divided into internal and external; and external cooling compressed air by its withdrawal to the cooler is moved out of the compressor.
Practical value. Application for heat recovery of Stirling engine will increase efficiency and reduce energy costs for the production of compressed air.
Results of the work. The possibilities and expediency of using the withdrawn low-grade heat in particular are analyzed: the heat utilization schemes are considered with parallel and sequential inclusion of air coolers; scheme of a compressor unit with heat recovery for hot water supply; heat recovery scheme of the compressor unit by heat pumps; air-cooler-utilizer, which solves the problems of increasing the heat potential, is selected; the principal schemes for the use of heat for hot water supply and for the dual utilization of the heat of the compressor plant have a steam turbine motive, by reusing the heat of compressed air and steam. The comparative table of efficiency of such methods of heat recovery as: steam-power plants, air compression-expansion machines, thermoelectric modules, Stirling engine is given. A conclusion is drawn on the prospects of using the Stirling engine for heat recovery in the future.

Analysis of dynamic processes in the tape and rollers when a conveyor belt is started for the diagnosis of roller

The purpose of this work is to reduce the cost of repairs, overhaul maintenance of conveyors, as well as the timely identification and replacement of worn rollers of the conveyor belt.
Methods of research. The proposed method for diagnosing the condition of rollers and tape is based on an express analysis of the dynamic loads that occur in the electric drive in the starting mode, and the estimation of energy costs for these processes with an empty conveyor.
Scientific novelty. Evaluation of the dynamic characteristics of the conveyor is done by modeling the dependencies connecting the speeds, the path of moving the belt on the main and auxiliary drums, rollers, the dynamic force in the belt with the magnitude and nature of the change in the driving force, develops by the electric drive during the diagnosis and during the benchmark tests. Diagnosis according to the proposed method is done in a period of time, when the rollers of the freight branch of the conveyor are alternately attracted to rotation. At the moment of the beginning of the rotation with the tape of the drum, a complete information picture of the state of the elements of the cargo branch will be obtained, rotate, and the possibility of diagnostics by this method will cease.
Practical significance. The technique of diagnostics is considered will allow to reveal and replace worn out rollers in due time, will reduce time of service and expenses for diagnostics of a condition and storage of rollers.
Results. Timely manifestation of worn out and faulty rollers, their replacement with efficient rollers will save material resources for cargo transportation, prevent and avoid emergency conditions of the belt and its damages, reduce spare parts stockpiles and unreasonable expenses of funds for their purchase and storage.

Energy-efficient automation of multi-apartment buildings based on IoT technology

The purpose is a development of CAS and control of apartment building centralized traffic on the base of microcontrollers of Raspberry Pi and touch panels for visualization of processes of operator of Magelis XBT GT productions of firm Schneider Electric, which would control and distributed the use of energy between and by untraditional sources.
Research methods. Analysis of domestic and foreign experience, systematization of existent approaches and methods to development of energyeffective CASS for the ground of actuality, purpose and tasks of research; methods of mathematical statistics; methods of the dynamic programming for determination of optimal distribution of traditional and untraditional энергоресурсов.
Scientific novelty. Conducted scientific estimation of expediency of introduction of this system, decided task of the dynamic programming on principle of Belman’s optimality for the sake of rational distribution of energy between untraditional and traditional sources and receipt of most economy.
Practical meaningfulness. There is the offered checking of the used energy which minimizes the use of energy from traditional sources system in the article, replacing her energy from untraditional, with the use of sun panels, collectors, wind generators and others like that. Due to it habitants such system will allow considerably to decrease expenses on building services, and to the state – to shorten payments of subsidies to the population which considerably will promote the economic level of Ukraine on the whole. Due to the sensors of remote management which also is part of the system, strength and protected of lodgers of house security will rise, their prosperity on the whole. Due to touch panels it is possible to visualize the process of management the use energy and to conduct necessary operations with finding.
Results. A job performance is the offered conception of CAS of the control and control of consumable energy centralized traffic with the use of not only traditional sources but also untraditional, created on the base of logical microcontrollers of remote management with the use of technology of IoT.

Extraction and loading mills in the complex of technological mining processes as the idea to develop non-explosive mining

The purpose is to explore the theoretical and practical application of the idea non-blasting development of rocks on iron ore open pits, as well as the possibility of introducing career combines milling type in the complex processes of modern mining when mining steep formation.
Methods of research. Comprehensive analysis of the state of theoretical and practical effectiveness of the harvesters milling type to implement non-blasting technology mining deposits of rock. Review prospects for the use of mining machines milling type. The analysis of features of destruction of the mountain range without the use of drilling and blasting, depending on their physical-and-mechanical properties of harvesters milling type.
Scientific novelty. The relationship between parameters of elements of system of development and working and technological parameters of combine harvesters milling type when mining steeply dipping ore deposits. Improving the technical and economic performance of career in adapting non-blasting development in rock masses to the current technology of development of deposits of mining and loading machines, milling in the context of mining steeply dipping deposits.
Practical significance. Adaptation technology development rock harvesters milling type to the conditions of modern iron-ore pits and the analysis and study of evaluation criteria of selection and application of the existing technology.
Results. It is established that further study of the application of the machine milling type technological complexes of the career enables the use of efficient non-blasting the development of a rock mass. By refining the criteria for effective assessment non-blasting method of mining rocks, there is the possibility economically feasible to adapt this method in terms of the current technology of open development. The rationale of the transport and the mining and loading equipment quarry milling machines is essential to ensure high-performance collaborative work combines milling type and technology complex career at minimum cost development of rocks.

Further algorithms processing for forward-planning of iron ore quarries by data recovery methods

The aim of the work is to improve the methods of long-term planning of the quarry, in particular, the two-dimensional methods of Lerchs-Grossman to determine its optimal contour. The result of the operation of the Lerchs-Grossman algorithm alone is the set of optimal contours in sections that differ in form and depth of development. It is necessary to coordinate the configuration of the contours in the sections for the correct form of the quarry work space.
Methods of research. After the plane Lerchs-Grossman algorithm for determining optimal contours on sections, it is proposed to perform additional computational processing by methods for restoring data omissions. The work of methods of medium filling, substitution, multiple linear regression, Bartlett, Resampling, ZET, ZETBraind is analyzed. The results of the work of improved algorithms are proposed as alternatives in the selection of the effective contour of the quarry by the methods of decision theory.
Scientific novelty. Prospective career planning is considered as a decision-making task, and it is necessary to add modeling of the working area of the quarry to the known and implemented methods of Lerchs-Grossman (network and dynamic) using additional models for recovering data omissions, which will lead to an increase in the efficiency of field development.
Practical significance. The obtained results of analytical modeling allow making corrections in the methodology for determining the boundary contours of quarries, which will provide additional opportunities to increase the adaptability of the obtained modeling results to the design contours. Analyzed methods for recovering data omissions can form the basis for presenting the tasks of long-term planning based on decision-making methodology as an analysis of multi-criteria alternatives, where the criteria are the total cash flow, the volume of extracted rock, the stripping ratio and other mining and economic indicators.
Results. The simulation showed that it is possible and expedient to use the Lercs-Grossman method for determining the boundary contours of a quarry, provided that the recommended alternatives are further consistent. To determine the best career, it is proposed to use multicriteria analysis (for example, the analytical hierarchy approach), the application of which will allow us to form the weights of the criteria and on their basis to rank the alternatives and choose the best of them.

Test program of test beam samples with basalt and metal reinforcement

Purpose. Determination of of the tensely – deformed state of beams with the mixed re – enforcement a basaltic and metallic armature. Finding of out of influence of differences of mechanical properties of composite armature from metallic on indexes durability, inflexibility and of crack of firmness of of bend constructions.
Research methods. Analysis of existent experimental information of operating indexes of bend elements reinforced by a composite armature by comparison to constructions reinforced by a metallic armature.
Scientific novelty. Data of experimental tests of bend constructions are generalized reinforced by a composite armature and drawn conclusion. A requirement is certain in additional structural measures for the increase of inflexibility and diminishing of width of opening of cracks of such constructions. The experimental standards of beams are projected with the mixed re-enforcement a basaltic and metallic armature.
Practical meaningfulness. Analysis of experimental information of work of bend elements reinforced by a basaltic armature application allows to assert about possibility for re-enforcement of building constructions. Structural measures over are brought necessary for providing of requirements after the second group of the maximum states at re-enforcement of constructions a composite armature. Direction of further researches is certain on development of methods of increase of indexes of inflexibility of bend constructions of reinforced by a composite armature.
Results. It is set that beams are reinforced by a composite armature by comparison to beams reinforced by a metallic armature have in 1,5-3 times higher indexes of bearing strength and ≈ on 60% large bendings. The pre-production models of beams are projected with the mixed re-enforcement a metallic and basaltic armature, which must provide accordance of indexes to durability and inflexibility to the normative requirements. The program of experimental tests of pre-production models is worked out.

Setting the task of kiln firing process control in the production of carbon products

Purpose. To increase the efficiency of the production of carbon products as a given technological stage, and, as a result, the entire production of carbon products as a whole, it is necessary to formulate a criterion for optimal control and limitations on the technological parameters of the process and its quality indicators.
Methods of research. The process of firing carbon billets for the purpose of creating an optimal control system has been studied. The analysis of existing studies is carried out, the factors and their influence on the firing process and the thermal balance of the chamber are determined, the main way of introducing the firing process is considered, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are shown.
Scientific novelty. Technical and economic indicators that can be used as criteria for optimal control over the process of roasting carbon products are considered and analyzed, namely: profitability, profit from sales of products, cost of finished products, operating costs, productivity. Also, issues of using qualitative indicators as criteria for optimal control, such as: bulk density, specific electric resistance, thermal conductivity are considered.
Practical significance. The advantages and disadvantages of the above criteria are given; the component of operating costs is selected as a criterion for optimal process control. In addition to the criterion of optimality for setting the problem of controlling the process of calcination of carbon products, constraints that operate in the management process are formulated and their conditional classification is carried out. It is shown that in connection with the inability to control the quality of products, they are burned out, during the process, to ensure their specified quality, it is necessary to take into account the limitations on the temperature regime of the process, which is a difficult task given their interrelationship. The formulation of the problem of controlling the process of calcination of carbon products is formulated.
Results. To solve the task of management in further research, it is necessary to develop a mathematical model of the firing process and a method for taking into account the interrelated parametric constraints.

Development of pin crowns for drilling compensatory wells

The purpose of this work is development of штирьових crowns for the boring drilling of compensative mining holes. Application of compensative шпурів and mining holes provides possibility of increase of power of explosion on every single hole, that allows to reduce the common amount of bored шпурів in an entry-driving face and decrease the amount of explosives, cartridges of бойовиків, copper wires at loading of face. However a boring instrument for forming of compensative шпурів and mining holes is far imperfect.
Research methods. Efficiency of transmission of energy of shock impulse was not examined in a boring instrument taking into account his geometrical parameters, that promoted transmission of energy to породоруйнуючим елементав of boring crown with minimum losses, that promotes efficiency of destruction of mountain breed considerably.
Scientific novelty. The decision of this task folds actuality of work. Her purpose is a design of passing of shock impulse through a boring instrument with the search of rational geometrical parameters of boring instrument.
Practical meaningfulness. Analytical dependences are got authors for determination of geometrical parameters of crown, allow to project crowns-dilators for the boring drilling of compensative explosion mining hole speed of the boring drilling of which is increased on 45 %.
Results. As a result of application of empiric dependences there was the projected crown for the boring drilling of compensative mining holes, speed of the boring drilling of which in 1,9 times is higher, than at the crown-dilator of КРР- 65, and a specific wear is in 1,5 times less than.

Improving the mixed ores enrichment technology

The purpose of this work is to determine the possibility and need for enrichment of mixed ores in Ukraine and abroad and improve the technology of their processing. Technological and economic evaluation of the most efficient and environmentally friendly technology for the enrichment of mixed iron ores, which will ensure the production of high-quality concentrate with minimal losses of iron with tails. The receipt of high-quality concentrates is due to the complex ore base of the fields being developed and their low competitiveness, which can be achieved through the development of technologies and equipment for the enrichment of iron ores.
Methods of research. Analysis of previously performed studies and developments on the processing of mixed iron ores in Ukraine, CIS and non-CIS countries. When analyzing the technologies for processing mixed iron ores that allow obtaining high-quality concentrates, it is clarified that the most promising direction of work to improve the quality of the concentrate is to reduce the content of sludge formed during ore preparation, which further degrade the quality of the magnetic product.
Scientific novelty. The efficiency of complex processing of mixed (semi-oxidized) iron ores is achieved by optimizing the depth of their enrichment, allowing us to determine the boundary conditions of mechanical separation methods based on disclosure, desliming, magnetic separation of mineral components. The choice of the optimum technological equipment for enrichment of mixed ores is carried out on the basis of separation efficiency indicators.
Practical significance. Improving the efficiency of grinding and magnetic separation processes by optimizing the depth of enrichment, certain limiting conditions for the use of mechanical methods for processing mixed iron ores and improving the parameters for opening and separating mineral components.
Results. It is shown that in the domestic practice, there is no processing of mixed iron ores, and in the foreign practice, the technology of gravity-flotation enrichment is applied, to a greater extent. Based on the experience of leading foreign factories processing similar raw materials, and also on the basis of their own experimental research, the technological capabilities of magnetic enrichment of mixed iron ores with preliminary preparation of raw materials for enrichment are determined. Using the operation of desliming the ore before the enrichment processing significantly improves the technological indexes of magnetic enrichment, which in a complex will allow obtaining concentrates with an iron content of more than 65%.

Impulse effect of the borehole charge explosion on a mountain massif

Purpose. At the design of импусного influence of explosion of downhole charge on the destroyed mountain range, continuous environment, as a mountain range, examine as absolutely incompressible, ignoring the change of her volume. The second condition is assumption, that the explosion of downhole charge takes place instantly.
Research methods. Energy, distinguished at an explosion, has an eventual size, therefore and kinetic energy of environment also will be eventual. It stipulates the eventual values of speeds of particles of environment. On condition of instantaneous action of explosion of particle of environment only get some initial velocity with which will move already since the phase of impulsive action of explosion will make off.
Scientific novelty. It is set that formation of the field of speeds and amount of motion related to him, must answer the impulse of external forces. Because at the explosion of downhole charge of explosive the eventual amount of kinetic energy is passed, appearing amount of motion, and, consequently, and eventual values have an impulse of explosion.
Results. On the surface of charge the value can be considered permanent. This condition is executed, if a charge chamber is evenly filled by an explosive and detonation of the last approaches instantaneous. In this case from an explosion the identical affecting puts pressure all areas of surface of charge chamber of downhole charge. The numeral value of specific impulse of explosion is determined on balance of energy, environment reported by an explosion.

Automated control of turbomechanism

Purpose. Theoretical studies, research and development of the system of automated management mechanisms relating to turbomachines and implement a way that reduces the amount of electricity consumed from the power supply.
Research methods. For analytical studies use approaches that define the basic mathematical expression for the voltage across the motor stator turbomachines after disconnection from the supply network. Using Mathematical formulas using Mathcad application parameters assessed the impact on system performance.
Scientific novelty. For the first time proposed to use technological features turbomachine which has a channel for exhaust air and gas to produce electricity, converting mechanical energy from the waste stream, or released gases and air blown process unit.
The practical significance. Using the proposed method shrugs electricity consumption from the supply network process unit by taking into account the peculiarities of its work. Studies circuit air path of technological objects and structure of automated control system can be used turbomachines design organization or the introduction in existing industrial installations.
Results. The proposed method for saving electric energy, the essence of which is that it reduces the amount of electricity consumed from the power supply by electric energy flow of exhaust gas, released or blown turbomachines process unit that converted by a generator into electrical energy. Theoretical studies and obtained Mathematical formulas for determining the electromotive force, which eventually decreases in absolute value and frequency, time freewheel turbomachines after disconnecting the stator of the electric motor from the supply network, depending on the angular velocity and changing the phase angle offset current and bias of the phase angle of the total voltage.

Working conditions and occupational diseases research at Kryvbas mining enterprises

Purpose. Analysis of occupational diseases at mining enterprises of Kryvbas, to determine the future directions identification procedure and hazards assessment threats, which will minimize injuries at the place of production.
Research methods. Currently, there is a countrywide need to develop new and proved its value methods, means and principles of occupational health and safety and the promotion of health employees at unhealthy trades, including miners, whose work on the existing criteria’s are related to high risk categories to health and survival.
It had been used generalization and analysis literary sources and static information on the working conditions in iron-ore mines.
Originality. It’s substantiated the necessity in the reconstruction and equipping the state-of-the-art equipment of a number of industries, as the production assets are characterized by over-limit wear, are used outdated technology and equipment. Depreciation of fixed production-related assets including machines and equipment at many enterprises comes to 60-70 and even 90%.
Practical value. Justification of the choice of analytical method reasons identified or other circumstances.
Findings. It’s required to solve main outstanding issues of occupational diseases, to improve conditions in the workplace by implementing modern technologies; to attract the scientific potential of the city to address the problem of improving working conditions; to develop modern complex plans at health measures in the production of the specific indicators of occupational diseases; to improve the quality of the occupational pathology help at the working population.
The industrial dislocation and defects, which were listed in the article, indicate the necessity of: the correct formulation of the occupational safety and health management system; the development of new methods of training managers of enterprises; conducting special surveys and studies to identify problems in the organization of safe work the employees at mining industry and so on.

Wind power plant for a mining enterprise

Purpose. The development and investigation of the operation of a mine wind power plant operating from a gas-air stream is blown by a main ventilation fan from the mine.
Methods of research. The variant of the structural diagram of the automated control system of the wind power plant is considered, the elements of which are controlled by the microcontroller according to the signals of the sensors. The proposed method for selecting the optimal location of the propeller from the boundary of the intersection to the outlet of the gas-air flow from the main ventilation fan. The research uses the SCASA system, which provides real-time monitoring and control of the wind power plant.
Scientific novelty. The use of ventilation gas-air flows by fans of the main ventilation of the mines with the conversion of these energy flows into electrical ones is a real opportunity to generate and use electric energy for the needs of mining enterprises.
Practical significance. The development and implementation of the proposed wind power plant in practice will allow autonomous feeding from them of a number of receivers of electrical energy of mining enterprises, will solve the problem of reducing the cost of mining.
Results. The expediency of the developed method of using a shaft wind power plant operating from a gas-air stream is justified, it is blown by a fan of the main ventilation of the mine. The real possibility of converting the gas-air flow of energy into electric energy is shown, to generate it and additionally to use for the needs of mining enterprises. It is established that the output voltage of the motor arises due to the action of a constant gas-air flow, and does not require any additional increase in the capacity of the main ventilation fan, since it depends on the location of the gas-air screw to the boundary of the outlet of the ventilation stream from the main ventilation fan. A coefficient is determined that takes into account air losses through the distance of the propeller from the boundary of the intersection to the outlet of the gas-air flow from the main ventilation fan. As studies have shown, this coefficient varies from 1.12 to 1, 0 and depends on the static pressure in the working area.
